By signing this agreement, I agree to hold TS Turf, LLC, entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any unforeseen issues which may occur, regardless of whether material related issues are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in material handling. These include, but are not limited to, trucking, weight of rolls, and infill. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me to include, weight of material, available staging area on the receiving end, and heavy equipment for off loading. By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a suit against {TS Turf, LLC} for any reason. In return, I will receive repurposed artificial grass from a sports field.
